In addition to the usual painting and repairs to the façade, affected by atmospheric agents given its age, in this case it was necessary to carry out a large-scale structural reinforcement in the basement, by municipal order, as the pillars and beams were heavily affected. This was resolved with state-of-the-art solutions such as carbon fibre, avoiding the use of steel profiles that would have taken up a lot of space and require more maintenance.
