Además de la pintura y reparaciones habituales en fachada, afectada por los agentes atmosféricos dada su antigüedad, en este caso hubo que realizar un refuerzo estructural de gran magnitud en el sótano, por orden municipal, al estar afectado fuertemente en pilares y vigas. Se resolvió con soluciones de última generación como la fibra de carbono, evitando el uso de perfiles de acero que hubieran ocupado mucho espacio y que precisan de mayor mantenimiento.
