The project was drafted for the adaptation of a rough premises to the strong environmental requirements to allow the opening of the business, consisting of a repair workshop and an annexed shop for sales.
The entire building permit and opening licence dossier was processed in a very short time.
Externally, the design of the premises is very austere, in keeping with the owner's low budget.
