Adaptación de local para venta y reparación de motos.

Se redactó el proyecto para la adecuación de un local en bruto a las fuertes exigencias medioambientales para permitir la apertura del negocio, consistente en el taller de reparación y tienda anexa para venta.

Se tramitó todo el expediente de licencia de obra y licencia de apertura en muy poco tiempo.

Exteriormente, el diseño del local es muy austero, ajustado al bajo presupuesto del propietario
